This is a original certificate awarded to Dascomb P. Rowe on June 29, 1968. It was presented by the Waterbury High School Alumni Association. They honored him with an honorary lifetime membership. The certificate is typed with an orange designed frame around the typing on the certificate. Frame measures to be about 6.75" x 8.75". The photo measures to be about 6" x 8" On the back there is a wire attached to each side so the frame could be hung. Donated by Thomas Meaker from Dascomb P. Rowe Estate |
