This is the original envelope and graduation announcement for the senior class of the University of Vermont on June 26th to July 1, 1898. The announcement itself measures to be 5.25" x 6.75". There is a name card that measures to be 3.75" x 3.75". There is a card with the schedule of events and times measuring to be about 3.25" x 5.5". There is also a card with the Class Day Exercises on it. This measures to be about 3" x 5.25". All of this material was enclosed in an envelope measuring to be about 3.75" x 5.75". On the front of the envelope there is a green US Postal Stamp of George Washington that has been stamped by the post office dated June 17, 1898. The envelope is addressed to Mrs.Eunice Pottle 801 A St. South East, Washington D. C. in case of Geo. R. Ide. On the back of the envelope it has been stamped by the US Post office in Washington D. C. |
