This colorful poster promotes First Vermont Bank's Art Discovery Program and the "Achievement Night and the Arts at Waterbury Elementary School" on May 2, 1990. In the program, presented in cooperation with the Vermont Council on the Arts, artists in residence help Vermont's students discover graphic, performing, folk and fine arts. |
