1 - This is an original newspaper clipping about the funeral of Rob Reynolds who was killed in action on the island of Peleliu in October in the bitterest fighting in which the Marines have participated in this war. This article was in the Waterbury Record dated 12-14-1944.
2 - There are two sets (the first one with 13 pages, the second with 12) of soldiers either died of wounds received in action, missing in action, killed in action or killed in the line of duty. There is one page titled "General Wallace M.Greene"of who lived.
