This folder holds the following documents: 1 - A one page typed Gmail from Al Lewis to the Board Members of the Waterbury Rotary Club. 2 - This is a 7 page stapled set of papers. A Memorandum from Rick Darby to Al Lewis and John Osmond regarding the Rusty Parker - Ann Marie Case Memorial Fund dated June 14, 2000. Also attached is a memorandum to the Board of Directors of the Waterbury Rotary Club by Rick Darby dated May 2, 2000, subject - Ann Marie Case Fund. Also attached is a letter from Al Lewis dated April 10, 2000 to William Riegel, President of the Waterbury Rotary Club about the "Rusty Parker Park Closeout Report - Phase II". 3 - This is a 6 page stapled set of papers. The first is two of the same memorandum to the Waterbury Rotary Club from Al Lewis & Rick Darby on June 7, 2000 regarding Rusty Parker Memorial Park and Cultural Program. The next two of the same memorandums from the Waterbury Rotary Club from Al Lewis and Rick Darby dated June 7, 2000 regarding "Rusty Parker - Ann Marie Case Memorial Fund". 4 - This is a 12 page stapled set of papers. The first is a letter to the Waterbury Village Trustees & Water Commissioners on August 10, 1999 regarding "Rusty Parker Memorial Park - Rotary Phase II Project Final Reconciliation of Cost and Expenditures" from Al Lewis of the Waterbury Rotary Club. Next is a letter written by Al Lewis of the Rotary Club of Waterbury, Vermont dated January 6, 2000. The letter was written to Governor Howard Dean regarding "Cultural Facilities Grant #CF98-22 - $5,000". The next from the zoning administrator, Edward Eldredge regarding an application by the Waterbury Rotary Club. 5 - This is two different emails. The first from Sherry Doane of the Northfield Savings Bank on 6/5/00. It was regarding her absence from the Waterbury branch and what to do with invoices that need to be paid. This was written to Al Lewis. On 6/6/00 Al Lewis sent an email back to Sherry Doane. 6 - This is a two page agreement dated November 18, 1997 by and between Waterbury Rotary Club and the Waterbury Area Senior Citizens Association. In October 1989, Rotary conditionally donated to Seniors the sum of $10,000 to permit seniors to purchase certain real property located in the town of Waterbury. 7 - This is a two page agreement dated December 13, 1993 between the Waterbury Rotary and Waterbury Area Senior Citizens Club. |
