This is a brownish colored booklet measuring to be about 7.5" x 10.5". On the cover there is what resembles a stage curtain with the words "When The Water Came to Waterbury" - Vermont - November 3 and 4 1927. Below this is "Anniversary - Souvenir Ediction - Final Printing". There are 80 pages.
