This is an original yellowed newspaper article titled "75 Years Ago". These are events that happened 75 years ago. W.H.B. Perry of Waterbury in Anis, Iowa setting up a $10,000 mausoleum for the Hon. W.M. Greenley, president of the bank in that place. Miss Ellen Odell and Jesse Gardner both of Plainfield were united in marriage. Mrs. Gertrude Farnsworth was left a considerable amount of money and was unaware of it disappeared from her home in Springfield. L.A. Babcock who had been caretaker of Camel's Hump gave interesting statistics of visitors to the hump, days trips and overnight stays. |
