Copy 1 - This is an original sepia photo of the 1914 8th graduating class of Waterbury High School. The photo is on a grey cardboard backing that measures to be about 10" x 12". The photo measures to be about 6.5" x 8.5". There is a decorate framing around the photo itself. In the photo there are 6 males and 11 females. The females are wearing long sleeve long white dresses. Both males and females have flowers pinned to them. There are three rows. The first row is sitting on the floor, the second row is sitting and the third row is standing. On the back of the cardboard in pencil it is written "Class of 1914". Below that are the names of the students that could be identified. No names for the front row. Second row, left to right - second person is Eric Graves, fifth person is Mildred Breen. Third row - First person is Burton Luce, second person is Ethel Anair-Warren. |
