Copy 1 - This is an original sepia photo of the 1926 graduating class of Waterbury High School. The photo measures to be about 10.25" x 13.25". There are six males graduates and twelve female graduates. The males are all wearing suits. The females are wearing long sleeved, below the knee white dresses. There is a male sitting on the floor on each side of the picture. There is a second row of graduates sitting and the third and fourth row are standing. In the upper left hand corner the date 1926 is written in blue. In the upper right hand corner there is a white sticker with the words "Class of 1926 over". On the lower left hand side of the photo because of the lighting when the picture was taken there is a faded spot. On the back in blue ink it has the year of the graduating class and names of the students. Also in red it is written "Property of Waterbury Historical Society". Copy 2 - This is an original black and white photo of the 1926 graduating class of Waterbury High School. The photo measures to be about 9.5" x 12.25". There are six males graduates and twelve female graduates. The males are all wearing suits. The females are wearing long sleeved, below the knee white dresses. There is a male sitting on the floor on each side of the picture. There is a second row of graduates sitting and the third and fourth row are standing. On the lower left hand side of the photo because of the lighting when the picture was taken there is a faded spot. On the back of the photo in the upper left hand corner "Norcross and Class of 26" is written. At the bottom of the photo there is a piece of white paper attached with the names of the known students. There are some student names missing. |
