This is a 16.5" x 18" black wood frame containing the photograph of the 100th Anniversary Waterbury Savings Bank & Trust Co. with the photograph of the Board of Directors of the Bank. They are Roy W. Demeritt, Clifton Stafford, H.H. Smith, Harry Harvey, Ernest R. Brisbin, William E. Collins, Ralph Meaker. All the men have signed the photograph at the bottom. The paint is coming off the top of the frame. There are water stains on the mat board of the photograph on the upper section and upper left and upper right. The water damage is also visible at the top back of the frames. |
